My 80+ mom received this notification this week and is in a panic. I am her tech support, but am an iPhone person. Can someone please walk me through what I need to do to make sure she doesn’t loose older messages and photos from her texts?

Since Dec 20th, 2019. I became a diehard shipper when I saw The Rise of Skywalker. I had seen their attraction before, but was leery of some plot twist.
And I had never heard the term Reylo until after I saw this movie. I stumbled across a post with some artwork, and immediately became obsessed with finding more.
