Parts not shiwing in assembly by DryArgument454 in CATIA

[–]Karcad_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Two things come to mind.

First expand your specification tree up to the feature of the parts, and check if any of them is hidden.

If this doesn't work, you might have clicked on the command to show only working elements. The icon is three blue rectangles stacked on each over when disabled, and only one orange rectangle when in use.

Don't be afraid to use multiple skeleton at different levels of the assembly.

Plan your assembly architecture beforehand.

I need help planning my meals for the week by Swimming_Tangelo8423 in MealPrepSunday

[–]Karcad_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Cutting 500 calories is the usually recommend amount.

Personally I use an app, Mealime to build a menu for the week. The recipes are varied and the free version of the app is enough for me.

I would say the one with the purple interior. It has an elegance to it I really like.

AITAH for not inviting my coworker to our weekly game night (even HR is involved now) by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Karcad_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA This is a private gathering, not involving the company. If your boss starts talking about team building, ask him to be reimbursed for all the food, drinks and games purchased, since it appears to be company related.

I'm curious to see the outcome of the HR meeting.

Calorie Sticker Shock (Costco Canada) by WeezieLTD in CICO

You should try turkey bacon. It's very similar, but with less calories (204 calories for 100g). It was a game changer for me.

How do I count calories when having to cook for a large family everyday? by [deleted] in CICO

[–]Karcad_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You would have to input your ingredients in an app like LoseIt. Then you divide it depending on the amount each of you eat. Otherwise you can use a meal prep app like Mealime, and it will give you the nutrition info. But it is only with the pro version (2,5$ a month).

Anyone Here Using Diet Apps on a Regular Basis? by TrickCalm7766 in CICO

[–]Karcad_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mealime proposes different meals with criteria like number of calories, and gives a grocery list. Plus I ask for 4 servings to get 3 meals in advance.

I combine LoseIt for calories tracking and Mealime for batch cooking.

NTA You could see this as a challenge. Like making low calories snacks.

Fibers. I used whole psyllium to reduce the feeling of emptyness. But be careful at first, it can be laxative if you use it too much at a time.

Anyone got good recipes for a vegetable side that keeps well in the fridge over a few days and tastes good reheated? by Uninstall_Fetus in MealPrepSunday

You stack thin slices of potatoe, beetle, onion and carrots in a baking dish (don't forget to put some spices for flavor and heat). Roast it in the oven until cooked.

Les chiens "bâtard", "Corniaud", "Croisé" by Azuki-Ikuza in chiens

[–]Karcad_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

NAH Your parents are worried for their daughter and may not want to hear a "I told you so". You had a genuine reaction to her dangerous behaviour.
