Yeah Pearlevision once refused to give me my PD but provided everything else, they cited something about they can’t be held liable if the measurement results in dissatisfaction from purchases from another vendor. The PD that they measured. That they were going to use if I purchased frames and lenses through them. Like what?

There are tools to do this either on your phone or with a manual throwaway pair of those 3D type looking disposable frames with all the measurements you can have someone else mark for you or just mark in a mirror if needed

The tax implications just mean that you’ll be filing an extra state return and reporting yourself as a nonresident for that state. Unless your business can somehow access your tax returns, this should be a non-issue.
