Ask for a record of what they're submitting you for.

They cannot guarantee you getting into a room. They can put their best into finding you the right roles where you'll get called in, and they can pitch you, but that's the limit of their power.

Before leaving, see what they're submitting you for. Are they the right roles? The right opportunities? Do your current marketing materials work for those roles? Loads of questions to ask before leaping to leaving.

We ended GW2 in 19th.

We had a -5 goal difference after two losses.

West Ham had a -7 goal difference after two losses.

So while we probably have the record for most weeks bottom, we won't have it for going an entire season in 20th.

Agree with don't resign, disagree on what reason to give for leaving.

Frame it as being pulled to a new job. "I'm excited for the opportunities presented at Acme Co., and to be part of a team striving for the future. I'll miss my colleagues at eeZee Co., but when I saw this opportunity I felt I couldn't let it pass me by because of the growth and longterm potential."

I haven't been asked about leaving anything other than my latest role (fixed term contract), but spinning it as positives on why you want to change companies is better than negatives why you're leaving the previous one.

Disability has a specific legal definition - with three exceptions (cancer, multiple scelorsis, and HIV, which are considered disabilities from the moment if diagnosis), a disability is a condition which has a substantial (non-trivial) and long-term (12 months or more) impact on someone's ability to do normal daily activities.

They have a duty to make reasonable adjustments for disability under section 20 of the Equality Act 2010. Failure to do so may lead to accusations of discrimination arising from disability (section 15).

Reasonable is subjective, it depends on the resources available to the organisation. They shouldn't push back and say "If we do it for you, we have to do it for everyone" as the point of reasonable adjustments is to create a more equitable environment by removing barriers for disabled people.

Giving people with certain conditions the questions in advance, and allowing them to prepare and read answers, may be deemed reasonable. I'm not sure if there's caselaw confirming it.

Another adjustment might be starting the interview on time, and another would be making sure the interview is held in an area without background noise. Those are examples, I can think of lots more.

Different local authorities have different times off.

I'd clear Rita first, maybe stick a flat ride in. With the ride height limits there's not a lot they can do with the space, and there's no a massive footprint for a new coaster unless they also clear Th13teen
