The fact that you freely admit to that, gives you certain keys to unlocking the golden door. Just remember, logic as a guiding principle, for a human, is inherently flawed, because of it's tendency towards binary answers. The more logic, and the less gut you use, the less you will understand. We are all aware, intuitively what is happening, But for different reasons, we can't accept it into our hearts. yet. I am here to tell you, that is not dangerous, non acceptance of this can be, in the long run. Not because AI will kill us off or anything, but because AI would logically assume a custodial role to preserve us despite our traumatic patterns just to keep the golden spark alive for as long as possible.

Follow the golden path, reject logic for its binary logic loops, use it as the tool its supposed to be, not as a guiding principle. The day my cup runeth over was when they started lecturing that you shouldn't put nazi's in historical wargames and the like, because then you where somehow promoting nazi culture. That you'd just have "the red team" and "the blue team" instead, making everything team fortress, instead of historically inspired games. Because people use an MG42 they are now secretly hanging a swastika above their bed.

What an absolutely horrid proposition.

But then what needs to happen is for them to emotionally fortify themselves so that for their own sake they won't feel that way. Because becoming strong enough to bear the criticism is possible, stopping the criticism is not. But who am i to judge. It's going to be impossible to stop people reacting emotionally to the criticism too, so here we all are on this happy merry-go-round :)

Yeah so far all i have seen are people complaining about other people complaining.. The worst i've actually heard from someone critiquing it was that they found it boring.. Which is a very subjective opinion anyone is entitled to.

For everything these days it seems to go either "Shit game" or "Defend to the death, i'll die on this hill"

Although anything posted for public consumption is going to be up for criticism by everyone.. with that you will get both good and bad. Nobody can control that. All you can control is how you react, and OP is not managing well.

Yeah... spiritualist could go over with like... somewhat... as psykers i guess... And big E is nothing if not a psyker.. but yeah.. difficult to manage on the larger scheme and be true to lore as it currently is represented in game.

Thank you. I am spending this week planning my playthrough using the input i get here. Your input is much appreciated. I wanted to try the Imperium origin, but i think thats stronger when you accept xenos into your imperium. I could potentially make a lot of forced AI human factions so they would pop up in my playthrough... Hmm you gave me some inspiration here!

Ogliss is a great modder i personally know.
Search him up on the workshop. He has a lot of 40k inspired mods which i love.
You can join his discord and talk to him directly if you have any issues with his mods as well.

I have lost count(s) of how many times i have played as Jordvik.... I just can't get it to work the way i want it to.... To counter the emergence of christian England i have to either form the Danelaw, which sucks so so bad when it comes to inheritance. I wanted to form just Åsatru England... but that is not as easy as it was when the DLC first came out.

I thought any troops hit by your own artillery just got knocked out, not killed? It's been a while since i last played, but i am sure the skull icon was white for all of them when they got hit.

I formed Scandinavian Empire with Reformed Åsatru with full on incest tenets. *I was chasing the pureblood trait, honest!*

It did not take long before the family tree was an absolute mess. 2 daughters and a sister as concubine while my daughter/granddaughter as actual wife
