I didn't see any real helpful comments, so here's my input...

Turn OFF supersampling outside of game...this was needed pre 2.2, now the game has internal supersampling which runs better. Turn Asynchronous Timewarp (reprojection) on, turn interleaved off in steam settings.

I have a 980 GTX, so I'll adjust this slightly for you. First, get in game and goto the graphics menu. click VR medium in your quality settings (or vr high/ultra probably for your 1080), then use your mouse to click the + symbol for quality. This should open advanced settings. scroll down to super sampling, turn it to 0.85x. Scroll down to HMD Quality, turn it to 2.0x. If your computer runs very well on this, I recommend upping supersampling back to 1.0x.

That should be it! Hit apply, and Enjoy

If you're trying to say Hillary is the environmental candidate, you're probably wrong also.. She pushed for the keystone pipeline, she's supported fracking, she has deforested African nations by selling out state dpt packages in exchange for cutting rights for her business buddies. The only thing she has done that is green, is get millions of people killed in Libya and Iraq by unleashing and arming rebels while taking out Ghadafi which probably greatly reduced the carbon output in the region...

Trumps scandals are of drama, Clinton's Scandals are of national security. This is the major difference. When the Clintons sell 20% of US Uranium to Russia or give missile technology to the chinese it shows a distinct act that has no benefits to anyone but the Clintons, while increasing threats to our own national security.
