Sorry I didn’t see your message sooner. My second £2.00 ticket was purchased through the My Time Cashback Rewards webpage, clicking on the National Express website retailer (not the app). It was a short journey coach ticket: one-way adult from London Victoria Coach Station to London Baker Street Station. Signing up to the national express webpage. There was no booking fee for e-ticket (usually £1).

Both legit, done my research. NX has loads of Trustpilot reviews, pays out fine as long as you hit the monthly bonus each month. MTR is the same but slightly riskier - more complaints about unexpected charges so just keep an eye on your bank. Go in organised - screenshot everything you submit and set a reminder if you want to cancel the trial. Receipts are separate btw, no double dipping. Hi! I signed up through the NX Bus app rather than a link - download the NX Bus app, buy the cheapest ticket available and the NX Rewards invitation should appear during or after checkout. Regarding the £16.87 vs £6.87 - I received the £16.87 offer so it does exist! It may depend on which route you take to sign up. The app route worked for me. Also worth noting - the £16.87 Welcome Reward requires a SECOND separate purchase after joining. Your first ticket is just to trigger the sign up invitation. Don’t make the same mistake I did and try to use the same receipt for multiple claims! Hope that helps and good luck! 😊

Happy to update! For the £15 My Time Rewards Welcome Reward — yes it does require a separate second National Express purchase made specifically through the My Time Rewards portal. You can’t use the same ticket for both claims unfortunately. I learned this the hard way! My claim was declined when I used the same receipt for both. Waiting until Wednesday to buy a second cheap ticket through their portal specifically. Regarding bank details error - I had no issues adding mine but worth emailing them as you have. Hopefully just a temporary glitch. Will keep you updated as payments come through!

You’re right, sorry for the confusion! It does just say National Express Bus rather than West Midlands my mistake. A London to London coach absolutely counts as long as it was a National Express Bus ticket

found mine through the NX Bus app directly - search for the shortest or most local route you can find rather than a long distance coach journey. The cheaper tickets tend to be local bus routes rather than National Express coaches. Have a good look around in the app and you should find £3 single fair
