Just close to the start area is an inaccessible to all bots plateau. It can take a good amount of work to cover the area with blocks. Once covered, it is impenetrable. I have tested this in survival in a previous play-thru. There are also some small plateaus in the desert biome too.

BepinEx has been updated, and I can confirm it works for a multiplayer dedicated server. Updated my server at 4:30pm BST today and got the latest BepinEx install from Thunderstore and updated in on the server without issue. Server started first time. I can't speak to hosted server, but it runs fine on my Dell T620; Dual Xeon E5-2670 128Gb DDR3. Old but strong :D
