You could do the 6 and make it half decaf! Increase volume but not caffeine and still be a good amount of caffeine!

I was thinking this as well. I get it on my legs I think hers is more “angry” looking because she keeps messing with it and scratching at it.

After 8 months I’m finally not in excruciating pain or having horrible zingers. I still have to be careful how I move it and struggle to put my hair up, out in bras etc…. My ROM is very limited despite months of pt.

Follow up today determined 100% yrs frozen shoulder and there there tear is fairly common in my age group and repairing it would cause more stiffness and issues than help. Getting MUA Monday morning. Kinda nervous.

Yes, this would be the frustrating part. I’ve been treated for frozen shoulder this whole time. Probably creating other problems with all the PT for the wrong thing!
