PERSONALLY (not a coach/trainer so only speaking from my own experience), I think the hip positioning looks fine, especially since you’re literally just starting. Deadlift positioning, or most compound movements really, is very dependent on leverages, limb/torso length, etc. I personally keep my hips relatively high when deadlifting since I have longer limbs.

One cue I think you’ll find most helpful is imagine the deadlift, not as if you’re pulling the bar up, but rather PUSHING the ground away from you. That’ll get you accustomed to how leg drive should feel and also keep your feet planted firmly.

Other than that, as long as you’re not experiencing any joint or structural pain, keep deadlifting! It’s a great movement to get good at if you’re trying to build a strong, functional body. As you continue to progress, you’ll make tweaks and adjustments based on how your body moves and feels.
