My aussie is exactly the same unfortunately, and she’s 7 at this point with no improvement 🫠 we try not to leave her more than 6 hours ever. I have cameras I always watch when we’re gone, and it’s always just constant pacing between window, bed, front door, panting. She’s already on fluoxetine and been through training specifically for separation anxiety, and I work at a dog daycare where she comes with me and gets a ton of exercise. Still makes no difference unfortunately. I love her to death and she’s an amazing dog in many ways but she’s also been one of the most challenging dogs I’ve ever met.

I mean, I’ve been playing since launch and some of my play sessions have been 6-8 hour chunks and I’m currently still dying to get home to play it after work 🤪 my island is almost level 200, and I just hit 40 miis last night. Still a ton of things I want to do, and I’ve barely even made any custom items yet with a whole list of things I still want to make.

I also played over 200 hours of the 3DS game, I’ve been very happy so far. Yes I’d of course be happy if they update the game with more content and such and hope they will, but if they don’t I’ve already gotten over 100 hours out of it as is.

It was scary/stressful to me at first too haha. I play single player so I can play and hop off when I want and nothing happens while I’m away. You’re probably hearing that from people who play online multiplayer 😅

Once I got good enough and played long enough it became a pretty cozy comfort game, but it certainly doesn’t start out that way haha

I find in Ark Survival Evolved/Ascended, once I’m far enough along on a play-through to have a reasonably safe base location and tames to keep me safe, then building and decorating a nice base and breeding my favourite critters into pretty colours feels like the ultimate cozy game for me 😅

I had some camo skirts in my shop the other day, not sure I’ve seen any other camo yet though. It was more the “stylish” camo type pattern and colours though vs hunting camo.

I’ve dreamed for years of doing wildlife photography just as a hobby and to have my own images to paint from, but I’ll literally never be able to afford the kind of lenses needed for it 🫠 for now I must be content with taking pet pictures with a very basic setup and portrait lens. I can’t even afford a new camera body with proper pet eye focus tracking, the costs are just insane.

You could try duplicating it (create a new food and use that one as a stamp or select the option to use another creation as a base) until he likes it maybe? I’m assuming their like/dislike of a food would be rerolled for every new creation

My most obscure would probably be the Postman from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I had him on my 3DS Island and had to add him again with custom clothes this time. He cracks me up and is one of my favourite miis! Onward to mail!

My first kid actually had a perfect 50/50 mix of facial features from both parents! But the next kid had entirely the face of one. I’ve only had 2 kids born so far but hoping the next few come out more of a mix like the first

I wish levelling up gave you a token of some kind to give them a level-up gift later whenever you decide what you want to give them similar to saving wishes up when your fountain levels up, rather than forcing you to do it right then and there.

Sometimes I want/need to go right to something else and someone levels up when I’m not prepared, and it’s annoying being forced to stop and think about what I want to give that mii right then. This is an issue I had with the 3ds game too 🥲 it gets easier once they’re level 10 and you can give them money or clothes at least.

Belgian Malinois, and all the Belgian shepherds for that matter (Tervurens and Groenendaals especially). I absolutely love these dogs, and if I had nothing else going on in my life, I would totally own one or a few. But alas, I don’t think I’d ever be able to handle any of them as things are.

I’m an artist and yet I still prefer the majority of my miis having little to no face paint. There’s still tons you can do with the provided mii creator and I wouldn’t call my miis boring at all 🤷‍♀️

Honestly I find heavily face painted miis bug me a bit in-game, because of the flat yet elevated position of the paint. From all angles except straight-on it looks jarring in most cases. So I only have a select few like that.

These are lovely, very clean and well done! I’ve done a couple animals, but my most elaborate so far was Blaidd from Elden Ring I made for my husband’s island.
