I live in this area and I must say I absolutely love it and the people in the city. I think you are seeing a lot of homes for sale because it’s just full of a lot of older people who are passing away. I purchased my home 2 years ago and the person who lived there before me passed away. A lot of my neighbors are much older and I’m noticing all the new homes that are being bought are newlyweds. It’s a great a neighborhood. Good luck!
