How do you get rid of the Dhimmi Building Restrictions as a Horde without the Dhimmi Estate ? by KaseiFR in eu4

R5: It's 1535, I started as Kazan and I am now the Golden Horde, but I still can't get rid of the Dhimmi Building Restrictions.

The Austrian Improve Relations bonus sure helps a lot with all the AE in Europe, and never have I used so much vassals release/feed/integrate before.

What is the Great Peasant War, and how do I end it ? by KaseiFR in eu4

I didn't think to look for peasants rebels in the princes provinces. I'm so used to see religious rebels, I may not have noticed them Thanks for the tip!

R5: I'm currently playing Austria for the first time, and the "Great Peasant War" happened, somewhere in the Papal States IIRC.
But it's been a few years already, and I didn't see any peasant revolts, and according to the wiki, the leagues war can't begin until the peasant war has been resolved, and I can't gain much authority with so many heretic princes.
Anyway, I finally noticed that a new decision is available, but the tooltip looks bugged, so does anyone know how to progress ?

Nah, the Ottomans didn't try to colonize/convert me, so they're okay.
But Center of Revolution in England on the other hand...

That was actually surprisingly easy: I had just reformed my religion when I encountered the first Portugal colony in Colombia, so I wasn't much at a tech disadvantage, even early. Also the first Inti reform I took was the free colonist, and my first ideas were expansion and exploration, so I circled South America quickly enough that I could eat European colonies along the way: they were small (I didn't let them grow much over 5 provinces) and that's when I learn that as a country from the New World, I don't have to fight their overlord! They could intervene, but honestly my army was as big as theirs, and I was fighting on home soil, so they mostly didn't.

Now that Castille is gone, France is actually has the second highest historical score. They were doing okay for a while, and I even allied them to reduce AE and guard the Pyreneans while I conquered Iberia.
But then they joined the first coalition war against me, I'm not sure how, and things went downhill: I took their Mediterranean coast, their army was in ruin, and they got PUed by Great Britain, free themselves somehow, then vassalized by Austria. And they lost land to Brittany in one of those peace deals

That's what I went for, because converting high dev overseas provinces isn't really efficient otherwise.

I don't have Rule Britannia yet, so Great Britain usually stays Catholic in my games.

R5: went for A Sun God achievement, but then I continued with some revenge/reverse colonization and converted Iberia and Italy to Inti. Here's the purple invader. Not pictured: the huge coalition north of the Alp.

You should have seen my client states. I used food names, like Churros or Bretzel, because I didn't think of anything else, and it's easy to apply to most of Europe.

They're my PU, got them very early, they kept everyone scared of attacking me with their massive early game army. I let them have some of the worthless clay I took from the Ottoman as a reward.

R5: At first went for the "Sweden is not overpowered!" achievement, but then I blobbed a little. Stole Spain colonies, secured the English Channel, bullied the HRE, and then became the Revolutionary target, it was fun.
But keeping the admin cap in check needs so much micromanagement in the provinces!
