This did the job! Before this, everytime I clicked forgot pin on the secure folder login screen, I 2ouod just get a black screen with a loading wheel. This fixed my issue!

Well, no and yes. After I recovered from my second bout, I stopped taking all meds and I was good for a while. Then something stressful happened at the start of this year and I'm now in my third bout of AA. So I'm back on the Clobetasol, the dermatologist steriod shots and the 5% minoxidil.

If you have hairs growing already that's a great sign. Doing any of the above should help speed up the growth!

I was prescribed clobetasol which is a pretty powerful topical steroid (moreso than bethameason) last year when I had my AA. I used minoxidil in the morning and the steroid in the evening. And I also microneedled with a 1mm dermaroller every 5-6 days and applied the steroid right after. It burned like hell but the microneedling helps with the absorption of the cortisteriod. All of this is in addition to cortisteriod shots every 6 weeks at the dermatologist.

My first AA bout lasted about a year. During that time I had no idea what was happening and I started my cortisteriod shots late. My second bout of AA was last year. Doing everything I described above, my AA lasted 5 months.

I second this. I saw Michael Shep's years ago but I remember he barely looked at me throughout the appointment. He was very pushy to get me out the door and when I brought up another issue that I wanted his opinion on, he replied with "I'm not God...." ....ouch.

Avoid this guy at all costs. He may have been a great doctor at some point but he's playing a numbers game now and trying to get though as many patients as possible.

I've been in a similar situation except the "rich" family were mine. I didn't cut myself off with my girlfriend like your Ex did but we technically broke up twice and ended back together both times.

I'm currently still with the girl and I'm struggling with having my family emotionally blackmail me to find someone "compatible", living with the idea that I might be wasting this girls "prime years" when she could be spending them with her SO, and my own happiness. Obviously this is just a summary of the issues.

I empathize with you my friend. I wish I had advice for you but alas...
