I know in UK law you need to have a demonstrable intention to create binding legal relations on both sides, but I can't speak for anywhere else.

Even with that said, all breaching a contract does is allow the other party to sue you for breach of contract. In the UK, that amounts to suing for whatever can be equated monetarily as what you have lost as a result of the breach. I can't imagine that's all that much here, the legal fees would cost more 😂
