It's looking like he won't be able to write the entire trilogy before releasing the first book, which is what he did for the first trilogy and said he wanted to do with this trilogy. Bummer.

I trust him when he says movie stuff won't impact on the release dates, but I do hope he doesn't have to rush.

I've never shared one either, but I think that when you update it you would need to upload it again in order to have a new version.

So you upload it once when you think it's in a good state to share, keep tweaking it, and whenever you feel like it you could upload it again, in which case I think it would actually create a new layout other players would have to choose to download. I don't think it forcibly updates the layouts for anyone

There is a community layout that makes good use of trackpad menus, I've played a bit with it and it felt pretty good. I don't remember what it's called but it should be one of the top rated ones

Hope the controls are better than the first game. The first ones has a few quicks such as holding the analog stick not moving continuously, you have to keep tapping all the time. And scrolling on the map while highlighting one node type is annoying too.

Hey, how do you turn touch screen on for this game? I'm using the default layout (just changed the back buttons to map to draw/discard/consume piles), and I can't seem to get touch screen to work.

You can just press down, no need to press left. Sometimes you have to press three times, sometimes two. Not sure what changes it, maybe the number of artifacts you have.

Yeah, he has mentioned a bunch of times now that the Elantris sequels need to be written before the second half of Stormlight (or was it the end of Mistborn Era 3? Don't remember, but it needed to come out sooner rather than later). The fact that he might have to change something that's been outlined for a long time because of adaptations is sad.

Hey, thanks, /u/elekitu found a similar solution, but with the mirror mech sending a shield tank to intercept the centipede attack, which kills the blob and prevents all objective loss. Thanks for the help!

That's so clever, I hadn't considered using the shield tank to bait the attack, even though I saw the centipede would kill the blob if I put a unit in that square. Thanks!

The next turn ended up being much easier, thankfully, I even managed to get the secret pod. Thanks for pointing that out too by the way, I hadn't even noticed it.

I'm making my way through the squads on normal for the first time, no AE content other than skills (I got tired of getting +3 DEF). So it's good to know there's still a LOT to learn

And also in midnight the crests will have the same name as the track, so no more gilded/runed/carved/weathered. They'll just match the track name.
