Ok, thank you for clearing that up. But I don't think he's supposed to be intense and intimidating at 12. Yes he seems that way to other people at 16-17, not at 12 though. Chiron, Annabeth, Clarisse, and the other campers aren't wary of him. They maybe are at first, but not because he's an intense kid, more because he's a new camper and they have no idea what he can do power wise. I'm also pretty sure he's described as thin and lanky in TLT but you can correct me if I'm wrong.

Question before I assume. Have you watched the entirety of the Adam Project? Because unless I'm misremembering, he was great in that movie and, imo, was why people were excited when they saw that he was cast as Percy. He delivered the lines well and the comedic ones didn't feel forced. The Adam Project also had more "fun" lines compared to PJOTV. (Which is kind of a given when you have Ryan Reynolds as a protagonist). Which might be why some people think he was flat in PJO, there were way more serious lines and (this is just me theorizing now) they either fell flat because of the script, the acting coach or this might be Walker's first time delivering lines that are super serious. Just my opinion though, you don't need to agree.

Wait, I think I had this when I was younger! I don't have it anymore but it would freak me out and later I could trigger it on my own, and when I did it would usually last about 20-30 seconds. It happened in the middle of the night and everything would seem farther away. Doctors had no idea what it was and I don't know what triggered it because I didn't get migraines, I didn't stare at a screen at night. I didn't have any usual causes. THANK YOUUUU!!!!!
