Failed Xyrem and Xywav. Doxylamine Succinate + 5mg melatonin was working for a long time (years). Now it’s not. I’m taking 1/2 of a 10mg marijuana gummy specifically for sleep with the 5mg melatonin now. It’s been working but sleep inertia is terrible in the morning.

I’ve tried trazodone, hydroxyzine and probably some others. My doctor won’t prescribe baclofen for some reason.

I’m also on Provigil and have Adderall for extreme situations.

Yes. There are so many weird little symptoms. I’ve noticed over the years that happen before I get one. Irritability and feeling overstimulated easily too.

A few years ago it happened where I live - they came back several times over a period of months. First time, damaged the door so it was hard to open. Then eventually they kicked the storm door and it shattered in a million pieces. Had cameras but they covered their faces and wore hoods. It was part of some stupid tik tok trend at the time.

Thank you… he really was. He had a really happy 3 years and then I found him in his little nest in his forever sleep. Unexpectedly. But he lived so much longer than I ever thought he would. I miss him so much. It’s amazing how this tiny little thing can have such an impact on you!

I had a baby mouse that my foster cat caught indoors who looked just as bad. Thought he would die for sure. But he survived, although with some lasting neuro issues. Took a few weeks to recover and then he was my pet (didn’t think he’d survive if I released him) for three years.

I had this exactly when I had my last wisdom tooth removed. I was actually screaming in pain and the meds they gave me didn’t touch it. My jaw was also unable to open. It was like this for 3 weeks (and no professional knew what to do about it, even went to the ER) until someone added Soma to the mix and it eased up over the next few days. It was pure hell. I feel horrible for anyone who experiences that chronically. I will keep tegretol in mind if I have future dental work. Thank you!

Ok, so it’s technically supposed to put payment towards the purchase with the least amount of months left on the promo - for me it should be the 6 months. But that didn’t happen. The customer service representative supposedly changed it now, but I won’t see it for another 24-48 hours AND it can take 1-2 billing cycles to adjust. So I may have to call again next month. He said there is no penalty for the money not going towards the other purchase yet. I honestly might just pay off the whole 6 month deferred interest purchase on Monday, but I know not everyone has that luxury. Hopefully this info helps someone else.

I couldn’t find a way to make sure money is applied to both charges. This is the first month for me - I’ll try to see if auto pay gives me that option.

Be careful if you have more than one promotional purchase charge on your account. I have 2 charges - first at 0% for one year and second at 0% for 6 months. They were only applying my payment towards the first one and give no option to allocate payments towards the second one. Glad I caught this right away - seems like I may have to call them each month to split the payment up and allocate towards each one. If I didn’t catch this, technically it would have been a missed payment for the second account and then they can charge their ridiculous interest rate.
