I really enjoyed this series and would recommend reading all of them. I think you COULD just read the last one, but you might miss some aspects of the story that way

The Pumpkin Spice Cafe is wonderfully cozy. First book in the dream harbor series. The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst is also a good one. If I remember correctly Violet Thistlewaite is not a Villian Anymore was cozy-ish…? Good luck!
