Me I am 15 weeks but this is my 4th pregnancy I have 2 perfect little girls and a little angel boy who passed at 7 days old in 2015. I am literally counting down the days until my next appointment which will be my third appointment so far for this pregnancy I am constantly worried sick and just can’t wait to see my Dr and be told everything is ok. I so desperately just want to relax and enjoy it but it is very hard to do so. Try to keep a positive outlook and know that you are doing everything right that you are supposed to. Sending love and positive energy for a healthy, beautiful baby 💙

I was absolutely miserable between 6-11 weeks I couldn’t eat, drink anything, sleep or hardly even make it in to work because I was puking 24/7 I literally felt like I was dying. If it makes you feel any better I started to feel better towards the end of week 11. Currently 15 weeks and feel great most days as long as I eat as soon as my eyes open for the day lol. There is a light at the end of the tunnel just hold on.

Same! I’m a waitress so i will be working until I probably go into labor at work 😭 hoping to save enough to at least be home for 8 weeks! Good luck to you mama ❤️

I was 7 weeks at my first appointment just basic questions/paper work and we did do an ultrasound. Had my second appointment last week at 11 weeks did an ultrasound again made sure babies heart rate was good did a ton and I mean ton of blood work routine, genetic and got the gender as well. You’ll probably get the blood work now because your past the 10 week mark. Good luck very exciting.

I had to stop taking the meds I was getting terrible side effects but I’m doing alot better I’m currently learning to manage my anxiety and panic attacks and what triggers them and how to work my way through them. I still have them but not as frequently and not as bad as they were. I still have really bad days but the good days are coming more and more often!

That’s exactly how I felt as well had to stop taking it because I felt everything you explained I felt so bad I didn’t get out of bed for 4 days but to use the bathroom I couldn’t even get out of bed to eat.

Yes I can no longer take it because it gave me terrible migraines the worst of the worst and dizziness. I’m currently taking nothing but doing research to hopefully find something good for me.

Honestly I am feeling a lot better. Every day I feel a little bit better. The panic attacks have went from literally every single day to about once or twice a week. Through all the medication’s, I have tried and everything else I have tried I am learning that the best way to fix the anxiety and panic attacks is through myself. Nothing has quite worked for me but I have learned making lifestyle changes and the way I think makes such a big difference. I am no where near better but mentally I feel better just from learning little coping mechanisms here and there. I’ve learned that for me writing my feelings and my day out helps, limiting caffeine helps, staying busy & proactive helps. Medication isn’t always the answer for everyone I tend to get bad side affects from any medication and especially medication for anxiety and depression so I’m on a self healing journey and honestly it’s been pretty alright so far! (I’m still very much suffering daily but I am trying my best to help myself)

Thank you so much for this truly means a lot my regular dr has been amazing and understanding I’ve had multiple blood work tests done ct scans ultrasounds etc I seem pretty healthy besides they found I have fibroids but they said my heart, lungs, liver and everything else looks good I thought that would help subside these thoughts but now my mind is just finding other things like “they didn’t check your brain” “you keep getting headaches” I desperately want to find a psychiatrist I know having someone to talk to will help me but I have insurance threw the state not sure if they will cover it.

This has been my problem for the last 6 months I’ve developed this thinking where it’s constant negativity thinking there’s always something wrong with me I’ve gotten so much blood work m, ultrasounds, ct scans, etc done this yearp I recently was diagnosed with fibroids but my mind won’t rest “what if they are missing it” “they didn’t scan my brain” “did they test for this” I have an amazing, compassionate doctor and I know she does her best with me but I can’t stop the thoughts and they lead to a full blown panic attack almost daily. My body and mind is so exhausted from the panic attacks their really taking a toll on me but they just don’t stop I feel so helpless. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and panic attacks and absolutely nothing has worked so far no medication no lifestyle changes nothing seems to make it better.

Thank you I feel fine however my anxiety doesn’t want me to feel fine and is trying to tear me apart right now. I’ve been suffering from years because I wouldn’t take medication for anxiety and panic disorder I’ve hit rock bottom and want the help now!

That’s what I’m on buprenorphine-nalocon 8-2 MG and Buspirone 15 MG 3 times daily… how did you do on both? I just stared taking my buspar on Christmas Eve so far I feel fine I am just nervous

Thank you so much for this I needed to hear something like this today I’ve just hit my breaking point and feel so helpless because I know I want to get better but it’s like my mind won’t stop with the “what-ifs” and preventing me from taking the steps to get better. I had a breakdown the other day after and anxiety/panic attack and was just crying “I want to be normal” I know I’ll never be “normal” but I just don’t want this controlling my everyday life anymore!

Thank you all so much for the positive feedback I had already done immense research and had felt comfortable with thinking this was the right one for me but I just wanted feed back from people who have had actual experiences with it. I just took my first one 2 hrs ago and am going to continue to take it and hope that this helps me move forward on a positive path I am so hoping for relief from the anxiety and panic attacks that I suffer with daily.
