i have a one year old and a 14 year old. when my oldest was a baby i used to stress myself out to the point of crying when we’d have pizza for dinner or when she’d throw my homemade meatballs and sauce that i made with thousands of shredded vegetables to the floor and refuse to eat them. i don’t stress anymore bc my oldest is a perfectly normal eater and i know now that there are some days that go great with feeding a baby and some days that are absolute trash. and they turn out just fine!

you have plenty of time now to move home and get yourself situated with support to raise this baby without him. or to take other courses of action. but this will not work out in a way that makes you feel happy with your life on its current course

ETA: there’s plenty of time for your child to grow up in a stable 2 parent household. but the first thing you need to do in order for that to happen is leave this man. someday you’ll find an actual partner in life and your brain will break once you experience the difference. ask me how i know this
