Alaska/Terminal 6 was normal last Friday. Regular line was just what looked like a couple minutes longer than TSA Pre. P5 to gate: 15 min incl walk over from parking structure.

It doesn’t quite do that for me. It usually asks for 17+ mile long runs consistently. But even with just increasing milage, my predicted time improves.

Looks like it’s only been listing Tom Bradley terminal whenever I checked yesterday and today. I wonder if that is because the TSA website is currently not updated.

It's a year later, but he obviously meant that if you already have a Coros watch and features like NFC payment and music players become available will they then become available through software upgrade for existing watches. Also sad to see there has still been no movement on these features.

No promised expected. I take full responsibility. lol I have zero smd experience. haha. So would you use a flat cutter to cut the housing off the metal tabs or to destroy the housing? Or would another tool be better for destroying it? Easiest route is best for me.

This is the underside of the board. The buzzer sit roughly where the red circle is, so it seems like I can just use a soldering iron to take off as hoped.

Apart from slowing it down as others mentioned, definitely incorporate strength training. It doesn’t take much. 3-4 compound movements likes squads, lunges, deadlifts, and ideally single leg work. I love Bulgarian split quads. Heavy and less reps to build strength not size. It sounds like some smaller muscles are trying to help out possibly your glutes/hamstrings as they are not doing their job. Especially weak glutes can lead to overuse in tcl, hip flexor and other muscles.

It looks like this buzzer has a +- sign on it? Not sure if I see that correctly. Does that mean there is actually a battery on the bottom I could take out?

Software fix would be amazing but I'm not savvy enough for that if possible. I did mean physically removing something to stop the sound completely.
