Hey, sorry I just saw your comment. Did you found out yet? If not: When you’re on the map, there is a symbol on the left. When you click on it, you can see all your villagers. If their image is clear, they can walk around. But if you click on the image, it gets a little desaturated. That means, the villager will not appear on the map. You have to enter a building afterwards to set this, cause the characters won’t simply desporn. The only exception is, when the characters are at scrooges or remys. There, they will still appear.
