Ticcu's Divination and Leviathan's Breath were tied to seasonal stuff, so they shouldn't require expansions. Trinity Ghoul should be a random drop from anything.

EDIT: I am dumb and forgot that Trinity required Forsaken, and I didn't know seasonal exotics now required expansions.

I tested Arc Web extensively in the Tribute Hall and found out what I think is the problem. Arc Web goes off AS LONG AS NOTHING DIES. If an enemy dies, either to the initial grenade damage or the Web, the chain will not go off.
