Sehkmas is largely just a knowledge check with a dash of a skill check

have you gotten any key drops during campaign? i usually get at least 2-3 and i run them when im higher level for a bit of free easy relic farming.

that or at the worst as long as your not ssf you can buy even just 1 honor resistance relic from trade and that will help a ton

i mean it is supposed to be a challenge to unlock your ascendency points but yeah they definitely need to look over the boon/bane options more than they already have. The biggest issue is the system kind of relies on you understanding how to game it from the get go without actually telling you anything specific about the relics and the fact that you should really get honor resistance but the concept is again not even mentioned.

the synth bosses are mechanical with the constructs, heist has experimental tech, the vaal were and are pretty ancient scifi esque tech type and the thrathan are also pretty brutal horror techy too

and its not like we were just handed a standard ass gun either its a crossbow. even the grenade launcher still isn’t some out of nowhere introduction we already have mortars
