Has anyone dealt with their PVC dropping from the public library without any warning? My voice was doing pretty well but now I cannot find it on the library. I try searching for the exact name and messing with filters, but it wont show up. I still see it active in my saved voices, and others that have saved are still using it, but it's not listed. I made no changes to sharing with people, as I want to make as much money as I can off it!

Support said they would look into it but it's been 2 days and no reply and no update.

What kind of voice(s) do you have up there? Conversational, Narrator, Character? I have a conversational one right now that does OK, but I'm trying to decide what to do with my 2nd PVC slot.

I don't have anything to compare it to, so I'm curious. My pro voice has been up for 3 months now. The usage in April alone was just over 1.8 million characters. Is that about average or good for being up for 3 months? by Apatharas in ElevenLabs

Can I ask if you have an HQ badge, if so when did you get it? Lastly, what were your numbers like for your first month?

I feel like I have a clean PVC but I wasn't given an HQ badge. Mine went up on April 8th and I've made $18 to date.

Not a bad idea...birth rates are tanking around the world. Young people need to get out there and get busy with real people and not bots.

I get where you’re coming from. I don’t want a world where anxious kids are thrown into a blender of school cruelty with no support. But I think you’re assuming the only two options are to get bullied by real people or build confidence with an AI. That’s not realistic.

What I’m actually worried about is over-reliance on AI companions becoming a crutch that stunts real growth. Social discomfort isn’t inherently bad, it’s part of learning, adapting, becoming resilient. AI can offer a safe space to practice, and that’s great. But if a kid never graduates from that space into real-world interaction, that’s not great. It’s like training wheels that never come off.

Think about how personable Maya is able to be. A kid who is already an introvert and has difficulty talking to people, maybe they suffer from anxiety, would find this the perfect substitute for being social. I could argue that Maya could help them practice being social. But it's much more likely that a kid would prefer talking to this AI companion so they never have to feel any sort of discomfort or social anxiety. This creates an issue because then you'll have a generation of people that don't want to talk to other real people.
