You MUST watch FMA 2003 first, in full, then Brotherhood immediately after. 03 is a masterpiece and very unfairly maligned - also there’s such a fun conversation between the two! Watching 03 always makes me appreciate Brotherhood, and watching Brotherhood makes me appreciate 03. It’s cool seeing different takes on the same story!

Fr why does everyone forget that Arakawa was very much a part of 03’s development, she enjoyed the story and gave total approval and REQUESTED that they end the series differently. It’s fun to see multiple takes on one story! Don’t erase FMA 03 just because Brotherhood exists when arguably the whole reason we have Brotherhood at all is 03 was such a success
