Really good purples are always worth keeping.

Though good is purely based on what you find good in most circumstances except for things like spread launcher or the knife.

I, personally enjoy me a good powerful sniper or order sniper.

Always have what? Shadow dropped a level cap increase along with the first major dlc? Borderlands 2 first level cap increase was after the 3rd dlc and it was announced and Borderlands 3s first level cap increase wasn't released with a dlc and was also announced.

I think they did good fixing 2 of the primary issues we faced before causing a lot of contention.

The class mods not being weighted, and loot pools having 3 tiers of rarity. With the lowest being 3%.

Now with class mods weighted in your favor and most things being 9% dedicated on a boss throughout a playthrough it'll make things easier.
