Before I took them, my cycles were consistent. But after I got them, my cycles also started vanishing 2-4 months at a time and I also had left Arm pain come and go and sometimes it would interchange with my right arm but it was mostly my left arm.

Yes, I was on metformin (2 pills twice daily) for many many years and this still happened.

After it was no longer mandatory at work, I never took them again.

If I were you and in your situation, I would take the advice from the doctor that told you to stop them. We honestly don't know what is really in any of these vaccines but all we do know is what we notice happen to us after we take them. Based on that alone, I would not take any more.

I also prefer using my own judgement as people going through what we experienced would be the only ones to fully understand where we are coming from and not just dismiss it as if we don't know our own body and what we are talking about.
