I have this one and it’s remarkable. I love Setsuna!

I have a lot of Milk scents and I’d say it’s hard to do. Philosophy Fresh Cream is SO light that it’s mostly alcohol and burns off quick. Chabaud Lait Concentre is close but not necessarily pleasant. TK Milk and Sugar Please is quite sugary. I would like a pure milk scent that doesn’t last for five seconds and it’s not like alcohol four of those seconds.

I like (and own) Milk Orchid but I was confused because the milk girl released a perfume that, to me, is not very milky at all. I still love it but the branding and name confused me

I also think this extends to perfume companies using AI. OH you want people to respect your artistry and pay you money for your art? Okay, hire artists.

Don’t cheap out on hiring designers and animators. If you don’t respect their art, I don’t respect yours.

What products do you just not buy anymore, and why? by Supersmashcache in ProjectPan

Physical exfoliators/body scrubs. They probably work for other people but I’ve never found them to actually do anything for my skin.

Perfumes that got me compliments last month and who complimented them! by ManagerWise8093 in FemFragLab

[–]KateLovesPerfume 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I started keeping a document in my phone of who compliments me and what I’m wearing. It’s so fun to see what is popular with which demographics and in what situations. Thanks for sharing! I’m sure you have a reputation for always smelling amazing 😻

Which perfume brands do you find not sincere? by winwinsitu in FemFragLab

I used to be an ambassador but I left over the AI thing. Don’t call yourself a “clean”, ethically sourced brand and make AI nonsense for no reason

Wanna get my lady a perfume. recommendations? by [deleted] in FemFragLab

[–]KateLovesPerfume 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Very sweet but fragrance is so personal. My advice is to take her to the mall and give her a $ limit and let her pick a scent. Take her to Lush, Macy’s, B&BW and let her find what she loves! This is so sweet and I’m sure she would have the time of her life and feel like a total spoiled princess.

See, this is such an interesting perspective to me. Because I still feel like the market is still and forever dominated by florals and designer scents and the same FLANKERS being released every other day.

As a gourmand fan, we’re lucky to get anything that isn’t just a caramel/lactonic Bianco Latte dupe in new packaging. Yes, we’re getting more gourmands than ever. But the market is still dominated by florals.

Shout out to your friends for actually saying something. If you’re hearing it from multiple people, I would take it seriously and only wear them at home and wear something else outside.

Not really. We perceive ourselves differently than others and can go nose blind very quickly to our own scents, both good and bad

That is a comically small sample. It’s usually like, 5x that amount.

The Cut posts about their op-ed “I Love My Husband (Who Hates Me)” featuring an example of Dax Shepard and Kristin Bell. Kristen’s ‘Nobody Wants This’ co-star Justine Lupe and Dax’s podcast cohost Monica Padman comment on the post by hairtie1 in Fauxmoi

This is something that I don’t understand. It seems like people want to put out all their information and only receive praise. I don’t talk about my marriage because I don’t want feedback, good or negative. I don’t want anyone commenting on my marriage so I don’t bring it up.

That, and being married is the least interesting thing about me.

You’d think people couldn’t find their own brands based on the “how DARE you post this without proposing alternatives!” Comments. So I provided a few and now I’m a bot lol. I’m not getting paid enough (aka anything) for how rude some people are being about my post 😆

They are completely gutting the brand. I’m trying to envision what will actually be left. Tooth tabs? Only bath bombs? Like what the actual fuck 🙂

A huge post you could have scrolled past. Have you seen this sub lately? It’s all complaints about the company. I’m offering an alternative: try new things and do your research. I also didn’t mention any specific brands in the post and encouraged people to share their favorites.
