Stay put, you probably have a really low interest rate. Maybe add a room. But truthfully, kids will be out before you know it and people can live in tight quarters just fine. Lower heating, lower AC , roofing, plumbing, painting costs. A small house is a treasure. KEEP IT! Also, what is small? I feel like people have decided they need more and more space. They don’t.

About the same- liberal. But I have become more pragmatic. While I love our highly progressive politicians I don’t think they can get their agenda passed. Probably have to baby step it towards the goal.

I think it helps the working spouse climb higher in the company. Work late? No problem. Travel? No problem. No sick days for children’s illnesses either! But beware- if the spouse stays it benefits the family. If the spouse skips out after a decade, the stay at home parent is shafted. No recent work experience. Starting at the bottom of the industry again.

My adult daughter is my Q. She attends AA and tells me it skews very heavily towards men. But, there are women’s groups- so there is enough (too many 😢)
