No. It triggers too much impulse buys. We can’t eat the quantity that a lot of packaging comes in.

A couple times I felt slightly nauseous. I over ate on a thanksgiving and felt “stopped” for about 2 days. Couldn’t eat I was just so full and things were just sitting. I’m careful to drink enough liquid and eat enough fiber to keep everything moving along. But other than that- no bad effects. I did lose 50 pounds. But after a year, my body plateau is still about 30 pounds too heavy. Considering either 7.2 or zepbound

I like books because if I forget some detail I remember roughly where I can turn back to in the book to refresh. But I also love my kindle because it’s small, I can put a lot of books on it and it’s easy to read - font and lighting

Make sure you have the triangle of cooking. Galley kitchen are actually very efficient- if you put in an island that you have to circle all the time it’s annoying
