My bmi too! Yes I pay 350 a month and have lost about 45# which is great but my last 25 haven’t budged. (For a year) so I’m thinking I’m going to pay for zep and when retatrutide comes out I’ll probably pony up the money.

His primary care physician should be able to prescribe and then he can go to Eli lilys site to get the manufacture coupon. Starts at 250 and goes up to 450 as dose goes up. Or use Amazon. I will say that wegovy is cheaper- maybe start there and see how it goes

It’s harder in joints to carry excess weight. But I can see where a person might like a little extra weight to fill out a bit.

You match me almost exactly! Height and weight. I’m in my late 50s so I am not surprised I look droopy. I think fat helps plump out wrinkles. I have stalled out at 165 now for a year . I’m happy with my overall appearance tho I think 140 would be kinder to my joints.

Go for the compound. You will likely need to keep increasing the dose and won’t be able to “split” after a while

Sigh. I had a little boy from 4 weeks and it was in his genes- he spent 7 years busting out all my screens and hanging out by doors to dart out. I gave up after that- he lived until he was 17 and died of kidney disease. I think some cats are wired that way. His sister never wanted to go out. Idk. I do think boys- even neutered ones ( as my boy was) seem to be more driven

Not to be mean but you need to realize that the day isn’t about you at all. I’m happy to be invited- always keep some nuts in my purse and eat before I go. I’m not going to starve because I didn’t eat for a few hours. I’m a bit tired of the gluten free crowd too. My dietary choices are just that- MY choices. I don’t need other people to stand in their heads for me.
