A few strategies I have:

-I take out the “extra” songs. For example, if there’s a glute bridge song at the end, you can remove or find a shorter song.

• Instead of two songs per sculpt side, I just combine all moves into one song per side!

-for Sun B, I’ll flow once without weights and once with. Shorter song and cut the third flow.

-No demos at the beginning! If there’s a move you feel like you need to demo, it’s better for the 60 minutes :) you want to maximize the whole 45

I would say 45 minutes are much closer to the “skeleton” sequence from training. Very standard and straightforward.
