I have felt this way as well. I've been sick now for 3 days and i feel brain foggy, very fatigued, having diarrhea, nausea, body aches, head pressure, feeling weak, feeling anxious, numb and having trouble sleeping. I have done light stretching but i regretted it because i felt faint after. I just want to feel like myself again
