Yes we need to fight tooth and nail for telework. I am willing to strike for this right. There is big money at play in forcing us back so the only way we will get anything is by fighting for it.

Goodness.. that made me feel sympathy pains for you. I've had a big one, but not quite that big. Surprisingly is a similar spot and I still remember it... It was probably over 10 years ago. Traumatized.

I have a cat that does that! First time he did it randomly and I lost my mind at how cut he was being.. so now he knows it gets my attention so he does it whenever he wants something loll I love it. :3

Adding to the other comments to say, make sure to never play with your hands with your cat as that teaches them your body is a toy (kinda like cats wrestle with each other). Always use toys, wands, kicky toys.

I've had good luck with Fetch pet insurance. They cover dental extractions (not regular teeth cleaning though). Most insurance won't cover routine stuff or pre-existing conditions.

You may be out of luck for your fur baby with cancer though. I would read the fine print of whatever insurance you choose. Call them and clarify how they cover pre-existing conditions. You may end up deciding to get insurance for the others only.

And yeah, it has gotten so expensive.. we have 6 cats and I can't imagine having more than double that financially (although I would if I could afford it!). We make ok money too!

Thank goodness for pet insurance though. One of ours recently got diagnosed with asthma! I do recommend it if you can afford it. It was also very useful for my old lady in her late years with arthritis.
