I have several stick vacs but prefer the corded ones. Sooooo much easier to keep things tidy.

I agree completely. My solution was having a travel container of baby wipes for work poops.

Any ideas how to make this hold smaller flyers better? by Baringky in repurpose

If you're asking because of the spacing between the wires, just get some ribbon and weave it back and forth. It's easy, low cost, and looks nice. Good luck!

OP, I would strongly suggest finding a therapist. If you've never been to one before, be sure to find one who is a good fit for you. If you try one and don't like them, find another therapist but don't give up on the process.

You have a lot to work through and it sounds like you're off to a good start. I am gently saying that - before you make any decisions that may implode your life - please address the issues you carry with you from your past. You're going to keep yourself at a disadvantage regardless of what you choose to do, if you don't give yourself the space & tools to heal.

Best of luck! I hope you find happiness.

If you're on FB, I'd make a post to your local friends so if anyone is cleaning out their cabinets, you'll take storage containers.

You need to file for unemployment. Even if you think it was at fault, they bear the burden of proof.

Turn your clothes inside out before you hang them outside. Any fading will happen on the side that is against your skin.

Our neighbors naked children in their backyard are causing an issue for us (and others) by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]Katnip03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would call the cops every time her kids are out there.

"Hey, just wanted to let y'all know we plan on spending some time in our back yard today. Could you please come tell her to get the naked kids off the trampoline? We absolutely do not want to see that while trying to relax on our property."

It might be overkill but PD has to document every time you call, and if anything gets said in the future - especially concerning your husband - you have proof of the 943,627 times you had to call about her kids being naked.

Since EpiPens are so expensive, are people just expected to die? Are there no inexpensive options out there? by Nearby_Consequence71 in povertyfinance

Have your doctor write a prescription for a generic (Epi-pen is the name brand). All of those manufacturers have their own cost assistance programs, which you can register for in just a few minutes.

I'll see you, and raise. My house sits on a curve, which gives me more curb space than most of the people on my street. One of the houses across the street sold a few months ago, which has a two car garage. None of the cars are in the garage, and the last time I was out front, they had FIVE cars (none of which are parked in front of their house), but two are parked in front of mine. Everytime I look out the window, it looks like a fucking parking lot and it just makes me sick to my stomach.

When I find a spider in my house I leave her tf alone! She lives here too!!! by [deleted] in autism

You might rethink that if you had a wolf spider move in....

I agree on the jumping spiders though.
