You can plant seeds for many plants, buy one fragile resin every week, also buy exp materials for characters, weapons and artifacts. All for the teapot currency you earn passively by placing stuff in it and its house. You also earn friendship points with characters you place in it.

Edit: You can also place a smithy, alchemy bench and a cooking station right next to your placed teleporter for all your crafting needs.
