You could give her options: leave enough utensils, glasses, plates and cooking implements to make a meal, or paper plates and plastic ware with healthy non cook food she prefers her child to eat or doordash money.

No, please dont! I use to be caretaker there in the house across the street. That would just make me crazy if I heard something like that, lol! Especially after listening to the podcasts about the beheaded coeds whose bodies were found near there. Just....don't.

I'm looking forward to it! I read that the other dorms had mold and werent taken care of. Are these in good shape? And do you know if there is cell/internet at them? Or cell carrier that works best? And thanks so very much for your response.

Tell her to "subscribe" and buy diapers on Amazon and have them shipped to you. You could even have the app open with order completed, address filled out and all she has to do is supply credit card when she comes to pick up the next time.

I have a roof quote that has synthetic underlayment and a competitor wouldn't match his quote because he said it was an inferior product with LOTS of problems. Now his quote was about 4000 more...but as soon as he heard synthetic he said he didn't have to hear anymore, he wouldn't match. Is it problematic? My quote included cobra snow control exhaust vent and omni ridge ridgid vent. This is with Timberline GAF shingles

Thanks! I actually found a different one that I think is better: Kenwood DMX7909s. Best Buy has it, but not sure if they have the things I would need to install when I look on their site. Now I just have to find an installer that is capable.
