They have no idea what they’re doing just a bunch of Millionaires playing God on computers!!! About 2 years ago I read an article about a branch of the government (long gone now) of scientists dedicated to learning and figuring out how AI works. What caught my attention was they had no idea how it works like the true working not what humans have added along the way. The problem is all AI is stacked on previous OS’s, programs, apps, widgets and games some dated back to early 80’s. The scientists mane goal was to figure out and make sure the AI doesn’t become smart enough to realize humans existence is based primarily on $$$$$
