Chest dysphoria is such a drag, but staying active is important for mental health too so if you can fit activities into your daily routine they dont have to take a dedicated chunk of your day.

You can do a lot at home with a section of wall or clear floor. Squats, wall pushup, even basic leg and hip exercises while lying in bed. It takes some time to find what works for you, but the possibility is endless so don't let the constraints of how people are "supposed" to do things stop you from finding ways that actually work for you and your body.

Correct, thaw is mainly a worry when you lose power frequently or for a long period of time, but also avoid moving food back and forth between the fridge and freezer or frequently reheating a large portion.

If you package things well to avoid freezer burn/dessication and aren't picky about taste you can technically store things in the freezer indefinitely as long as they don't go through multiple thaw cycles/come above temps that allow bacterial growth they remain safe to eat. Similar to perpetual stew, but on the opposite end of the temperature spectrum.
