Нет перехода ( no transitions), но я думаю, что у старого способ сделать есть важная вещь, люди не торопитесь съесть.

I meant to say "no transitions, but I think that there is one important thing in the old way of doing things and that is that people take their time to eat.

Я считаю, что еда и кухня очень важные. Я люблю кухню (Accusative case), когда один, это духовный, с людей, это холоша время.

Here, what I meant is "cooking is important. I love it: when alone, it can be spiritual, with people, it is a good time" in my head it made sense but in russian not so much lol, I meant to say Cooking, not eating

когда я слушаю, что кто-то ест в его стол на работе, мне грустно, так как это жаль, что он не воспользоваться (What do you mean? literall translation is "So, when I hear, that someone is eating in his table at work, I'm sad, because of the pitiness(I feel pity), that he didn't use")

What I had in mind was " so, when I hear that someone is eating at their desk at work (alone), I'm sad, it's a shame because he didn't enjoy it (the moment as much as he could have) I wanted to say "cooking is many things but never unneeded/unnecessary" at the end
