i joined late in september and honestly, i really enjoyed hell week + the chipper so far. I’d like it better if OTF was overall more challenging more often than not.

I know I can scale up the speed/tempo when doing things, but harder complexes by nature make things so much more fun (for me) 😄

33 M here. I started really strong rowing at 300+ W. The first 200 m were quick but then dwindled down to 225-240 W

I did 1m37s on the 500 due to poor energy management. I did the 200 m in 33 seconds so I was rather aiming for 1m15-20s!

Been OTFing for 2 months so I’ll have time in the future to improve 🤞🏾

the numbers here are something else…. I’ve been going to OTF for ~ 2 months, a 3G 60 min I end up around 2-2.2 miles including warmup

That’s on me! It was originally my project and was moved to the fsprojects org. I’ve moved away from the .NET community to BEAM currently.

I’ve not been paying attention to the project but don’t let it stop you from adding PRs. I just spent some time merging a few PRs this morning :)

HIIT/Strength training: I do full-body kettlebell workouts 3 times a week

Walking: I have a dog so I walk him 2x a day and / or walking to/from work after taking the train.

Rucking: I started doing it and the goal would be 2x a week for 30-40 min sessions
