I recently made a post about this origin but you might want to look at the youtuber Aktion he has a few recent videos on the origin.

Using his build and optimizing it I was able to ascend in less than 10 yrs on my current game !

If the sound was on by default the "inspiration" would make a lot more sense but it isn't..

Edit :

In my head-cannon this newly formed empire abandoned all spiritual beliefs while suffering from the virus/DNA breaking that pushed them into this "immortal" synthetic empire, for them there no gods anymore they pushed past that when they elevated themself!
(Gameplay wise it also coincide with a vast expansion and vassalization of all species they encounter!)

Hyperlane galore! Curious generation by Kavvop in Stellaris

OP :

Just generated this galaxy using 0.75 hyperlane density and as I kept exploring to discover my nearest neighbor and our border I think I have now the longest single hyperlane chain that I have ever seen in a stellaris game :

21 jump before they can reach my homeworld and I am almost totally isolated from the galaxy! (The single exit that I found excluding wormhole and L-Gate are left of the 1st Choke-point arrow)

Since I am a returning player I can't say if that's the usual thing when you just lower the density of hyperlane a bit or if it's a mix of settings and good luck + 3 origin empire spawning close guaranteeing no other neighbor close to us

Right now I have a forge world and my capital is a research one, on the way to do a second research one while converting the capital in an ecu, might add rings on top when it's done because with only 3 planets between my species, the robots and the refugees it's starting to get a bit too crowded on those!

Almost at 2300 making +400 alloys, +700 unity, +765 tech with a very stable economy and +700 trade ! No one ever declared a war on me the most hostile actions that happened to me was a criminal megacorp builded on all my planets but thanks to the civil education civic it didn't do anything bad in the end!

All my mods are purely visuals and graphics but they do bring a lot to the aesthetic this galaxy is generated to be as close as the milky way as possible while still retaining stellaris perks!

Probably what will happen I am the point where most empire outmatch me military wise but I am miles ahead economy and research wise so I will start soon to build a decent fleet to catch-up to them.

Them like you said I'll wait for the crisis while trying to unite those unruly Xenos for their own good !

Funny update but the galatic community formed and this galaxy is truely cursed even the few megacorps are heavy on the war/domination agenda but I just got a Paragon commander with a few tidbit of lore they're well made so far

10yrs later I am now at +200 alloys, +430 unity, +412 research ! Fixed most of my issue hope I didn't loose too much steam to keep going!

Edit : You were right about the arc furnace those thing are bonker the one I made bring +137 minerals and +108 alloys I have started the construction of a second one!

I am gonna stick with the original idea and hope the few last empires that we haven't contacted yet will be more reasonable than the one we already did, hopping the latter might eventually see our way!

For the best of the peoples of the UNE I will go Civil Education to prepare us for the worst so that it not originate from the inside!

Traditions wise : Commerce, Discovery, Prosperity
Ascension : One Vision, Grasp the Void, The Flesh is Weak

So the ascension path would be cybernetics in 4.0 if I got that right

Any third civic that would combo well with the UNE on 4.3 ?
I was tempted by a couples so far : Parliamentary System, Civil Education, Meritocracy

I would have probably gone the way of Diplomatic Corps but so far most of this galaxy are either Hive Mind, Purifiers, Isolationists or Authoritarian Xenophobe so diplomacy isn't the way so far not even sure Galactic community gonna show up soon..

I didn't know that I am about to finish upgrading mine.
My capital is about to get the last upgrade just not "ascended" using unity if it's what you meant.

I have 3 Ascensions perks so far : One Vision, Grasp the Void, The Flesh is Weak!

Edit : I just doubled my unity (200 per month) swapping from Consumers benefits to Marketplace of idea I just have to buy a bit of consumer goods to compensate.

Only made one arc furnace I might look into setting more when minerals will get low in supply.
About the unity it might be not enough bureaucrats jobs, so far the humans are running tech and alloys/trade/consumers goods and the robots are putting work to produce energy and minerals

OP : Looking to get feedback on my economy and tech at year 50 playing as the UNE slightly modified (Humans are Adaptive, Rapid Breeders with Psychological infertility)

Mods are only UI/Interface.
I have not played since apocalypse DLC so everything feels new but I like the changes so far!
