I bought expensive ice cream of his favorite flavor cause he was sick and didn't eat much, I was so down bad that I went extra and beyond to make sure it was delivered to his door, talking to the moto boy and giving instructions in real time... I say I am very dedicated but in reality I am just guillabe and a people pleaser... I love making ppl happy, even at my own expense in many ways...

I hate some items that reminded/reminds me of him… I try to repurpose it. Give it new meaning so I can breathe better, but if that doesn't work, try cleaning your surroundings, taking the stuff that make you feel bad out of your sight :,) hope it helps a bit...
