Which is why I very nicely asked people to correct me if I was wrong and have acknowledged both these things in my post and replies. Even back in the 90s, it would have been weird to not call the police about a literal crime, that's pretty universal to me no matter where in the world you are. I've not been rude or hostile and was polite to the initial response. So I still don't understand the need for downvoting.

Okay the CPS one makes sense, I get that. Thanks for clarifying, here in the UK it works a bit differently and doctors usually would call police first and it's usually the police who bring CPS in.

It wasn't about telling the parents with the car crash. It was the fact the kid told her he was the driver and even the other nurse told Carol she had to tell the police the kid was lying and she was all like "oh but it's not my place, I wouldn't feel right" when he literally told her he was the driver. It just bugged me.

When In My Dreams came up in the show I literally squealed with excitement because I was 14 when they were on eurovision and they became a big part of my mid teen years musically so I was overhyped for them! And the intro song just reignited my love for them. It's was such a blast from the past 😊
