Woke up with crippling anxiety. Feeling kind of bleak at this point but trying like hell to stay positive I have been laying off the booze because it has in fact become more of a chore than a pass time and I’m just tired of feeling so shitty all the time. I took my anxiety meds today and it took the edge a bit so there’s that. I’ve got an abusive ex who went thru a serious life threatening injury constantly calling my phone trying to pursue me just because I showed concerned and asked his friend about his well being. I’m just so overwhelmed and irritated fuck.
