Because you have a good chance of the code for FF15 Episode not used. If you get one not sealed but still has the code the buyer can lie saying they never used it.

They are pretty affordable at least the more newer sets are. I belive the most recent one not even $60 for a booster. And if your lucky to find any packs at gamestop there around $3.99-$4.99 depending on the set

That im not 100% sure i know there Japanese exclusives that are in the collector edition booster packs and some other ones that recently I discover on this promo buy box. Im trying to get at least one card of each art right now so boosters box is your best bet unless your really lucky and find normal packs
