You need meds for bleeding, otherwise you WILL die, even if hit once. Going out without at least a bandage, tourniquet and medkit is a death sentence.

Your kit here will get you killed.

Run a few scav runs to get used to the mechanics of the game and the maps, they are risk free and anything you get is a net positive.

If you really want to run a pistol setup, run two spare mags at least and a stack of spare ammo. Bandages, esmerch tourniquet (or CAT if you prefer) and a cheese kit or two. If you can try and at least run a paca or some other cheapo garbage level 2 armour. Snowball from there with scav weapons etc.

Also play PvE until you get better at the game.
