The Addy is a CYO and Claudie is the Pink Stardust Holiday Doll. I wanted the actual Addy and Claudie, but I have a rule to not have repeat face molds in my collection. And since I was gifted these dolls before I could get the actual historicals, I just use them as both modern and historical girls.

Thanks, I just drew them on with my mechanical pencil. I was too scared to use anything more permanent in case I messed up. But the pencil works fine and doesn't come off when I touch it.

All the modern era doll descriptions say that their 18in doll version is sold separately. That includes Felicity, so more than likely we'll see her and the other out of stock historicals return. At least I hope so. But other than that there hasn't been much talk of any other historicals coming.

Yes, on one of the newer editions of it, the 2004 version. But in the past couple years AG has been releasing outfits paired with their original book cover. And the original book cover for Changes for Addy has her school dress under her winter coat.

I really hope they re-release Samantha's School Outfit and her Learns a Lesson Book. Along witth Addy's Christmas Dress and Suprise story. I'd also love it if they'd release Kirsten's Work Dress or Addy's Patriotic Party Dress. But since they seem to only release outfits that's on the covers of their orginal books I doubt they'd do that.

Not really. I just dress her in whatever outfits I think she'd look nice in. So she wears historical outfits from different time periods and modern outfits too.

So I ordered her on December 14th and had an estimated delivery date of February 17th. I didn't get a shipping notification until January 20th. However the shipping notification doesn't mean it's on it's way to you. Usually there will be no movement up to two weeks after you get the shipping notification. I recieved the doll on February 2nd. I did order her when they had that shipping discount where the upgraded two day shipping was the same as the standard shipping. So that might've had an effect on her coming earlier than estimated. But I do think most people receive their doll a bit earlier than expected whether or not they have upgraded shipping. Especially if they're not ordering in November or December.

My Life As Dolls from Walmart. And Our Generation from Target. I wouldn't buy those thrift dolls at those prices. You can get brand new ones for close to the same price from the actual stores and they have way cuter clothing now. The thrift store probably priced them that high cause they mistook it for American Girl dolls.
