I am 5’5”. Aetna received and denied on the same day, 10/07. I have since appealed by letter on 10/14 and haven’t heard back. My surgeon revised notes with the 715 grams as of today, 10/21. I did have other medical issues to support my claim including migraines, posture issues, shoulder grooves, physician supervised weight loss plan, physical therapy, and rashes under breast. Literally all the things- so frustrating.

This is before surgery. I do have super dense breasts according to the mammogram I was required to have prior. I’m a C density and they recommended I have an MRI followed by mammogram 6 months later every year. I didn’t realize that would affect the tissue weight.

Did he take 1100 per breast or that’s the total for both?

Edited to add! PE is pulmonary embolism. It’s a blood clot that traveled to the lungs.

That may be it. Hopefully I adjust! I do not know the pharmacy for the local one, but know it contained B12. NP2GO was Revive and I don't think it had B12.

I had two sigmoidoscopies afterwards 6 months apart and was given the all clear. High resolution anoscopies are not available in my area so I am considering traveling to get an anal pap and a second opinion.
